In this workshop, I will walk teachers through the details that lead to developing community, respect, love, and discipline in the CI classroom. By establishing routines, assigning classroom jobs, going deskless, getting to know students, having weekly passwords, and sharing personal and motivational stories in English or TL, it all creates a community of love, respect, and kindness where the need for a discipline plan vanishes.
